Practice Nurses

Charlotte is a registered nurse with almost 20 years’ experience. She has a graduate certificate in Critical Care Nursing and worked in ICU at the Royal Melbourne Hospital from 2005-2019. Charlotte transitioned to primary health care as a Practice Nurse at East Brunswick Medical Centre in 2020. She has a keen interest in primary prevention, chronic disease management, wound management, and immunisation and completed training as an accredited nurse immuniser in 2020. She is currently our infection control officer and nurse lead.

Ashleigh has experience in emergency and practice nursing across Australia and holds a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing. Her interests include sexual health, care-plan management, wound management, policy and healthcare compliance.

Roz has been with East Brunswick Medical Centre since 2005 and has more than 40 years of nursing experience. Her work includes diabetes management, chronic disease care plans, health assessments, quit counselling, wound care and cancer-survivorship reviews.
